We offer free delivery on all orders within India. Your product will be shipped within 5-7 working days from the date of your order. We use reliable couriers like Bluedart, Delhivery and Safexpress to handle our shipments.

- Our mattresses and toppers are delivered via road transport, while pillows are shipped by air.
- Delivery times can range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location and the service capabilities of the delivery provider.

Please note that there may be slight variations in color or design between the product you see online and the one you receive, due to factors like lighting or screen resolution.
Order Size and Compatibility
Before placing your order, kindly confirm the mattress size to ensure it is compatible with your bed. Please note that we do not accept returns or replacements for incorrect sizes. Additionally, please check that the product will fit through your home’s entrance.
Inspect Your Delivery
To ensure your order is not compromised during shipping, please inspect the product packaging carefully before accepting the delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend rejecting the delivery and reporting any issues on the courier slip.
Return Policy:
All of our products are made-to-order, and as such, cancellations, returns, refunds, or replacements are not permitted. Each product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for the specified term.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team at info@myforestlife.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a free replacement within 2-3 weeks.
Order Cancellation and Refusal
If you refuse to accept the delivery or request an order cancellation for any reason, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value will apply. Please note that refunds or replacements are not available for customized-size mattresses.
