100-Night Comfort Exchange

At Forest Life, we believe great sleep takes time. That’s why we offer a 100-Night Comfort Exchange on eligible mattresses purchased directly from our website.

If your mattress doesn’t feel like the perfect fit, you can request a one-time comfort exchange within the eligible period and choose another mattress from our collection.

About the 100-Night Comfort Exchange

Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress. Minor discomfort during the first few weeks is completely normal, especially when switching to a different comfort level or support system.

We recommend using your mattress for at least 45 nights before deciding on an exchange.

Exchange requests can be raised after 45 nights and within 100 nights from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Forest Life 100-Night Comfort Exchange:

  • The mattress must be purchased directly from the official Forest Life website.
  • The policy applies only to standard-sized mattresses.
  • Customized mattresses are not eligible.
  • Accessories including pillows, protectors, toppers, bedding, and furniture are not covered.
  • Products purchased through marketplaces, dealers, or offline stores are not eligible.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • The policy is valid only for the original purchaser.

Exchange Value & Price Difference

You may exchange your mattress for another eligible Forest Life mattress.

If the new mattress is priced higher:
The customer must pay the applicable price difference before dispatch.

If the new mattress is priced lower:
The remaining balance will be issued as a Forest Life store credit.

Store Credit Terms

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Redeemable only on the official Forest Life website
  • Non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash

Conditions for a Valid Exchange

To maintain hygiene and product quality standards, the mattress must:

  • Be used on a flat and supportive surface
  • Be free from stains, tears, burns, liquid damage, odors, or misuse
  • Be maintained in good condition throughout the trial period
  • Be opened within 7 days of delivery
  • Ideally be used with a mattress protector

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order details
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear photographs or videos of the mattress condition

Forest Life reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the mattress is found damaged or unsuitable for return.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within the eligible exchange period.
  2. Our team will help you choose a replacement mattress.
  3. The existing mattress must be packed securely by the customer.
  4. Pickup and logistics details will be shared by our team.
  5. Any applicable logistics, handling, or packaging charges will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes

  • This is a one-time comfort exchange offer.
  • Replacement mattresses are not eligible for another 100-night exchange.
  • The original 100-night period continues from the first delivery date and does not restart after exchange.
  • Exchange approval is subject to inspection and policy compliance.
  • Forest Life reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.

Exclusions

The 100-Night Comfort Exchange does not apply to:

  • Customized mattresses
  • Bedding accessories and furniture
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Mattresses showing signs of damage, improper handling, or poor maintenance
