Order Size and Compatibility

Inspect Your Delivery

Return Policy:
All of our products are made to order, and as such, cancellations, returns, refunds, or replacements are not permitted. Each product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for the specified term.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Order Cancellation and Refusal
If you refuse to accept the delivery or request an order cancellation for any reason, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value will apply. Please note that refunds or replacements are not available for customized-size mattresses.
